Before you book

What does a first call cover?

About thirty minutes on how your work actually moves today — how estimates get built, how submittals get assembled, how payroll gets certified, where things wait on somebody. We are looking for the two or three places where a system would pay for itself. You will leave the call knowing whether there is anything worth building, including when the answer is no.

Who do you work with?

Commercial general contractors and specialty subcontractors — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site work. We are based in Perry Hall, Maryland and work with contractors across the Baltimore and Washington DC region and nationwide. Most of our clients run between $5M and $150M in annual volume.

Do I need to change the software I already use?

No. We build around the tools you already run — Procore, QuickBooks, Bluebeam, your spreadsheets, your file structure. Replacing a contractor's systems is how implementations fail; the work has to land inside the process your people already follow.

How long does an implementation take?

A focused build — a submittal package system, a certified payroll workflow, a bid-set review process — typically runs four to eight weeks from discovery to your team using it in production. Broader engagements across several workflows run longer and get phased so something is working early.

What does it cost?
