This site describes the AI training, advisory, and implementation services we offer to construction and related businesses, and hosts articles, guides, and information about our products. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and browsing it does not create a client relationship.

If you engage us, the scope, fees, timeline, and obligations for that work are set out in a written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement signed by both parties. That agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ.

Content on this site is general information about technology and business process. It is not legal, accounting, tax, engineering, or other licensed professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific circumstances. Do not rely on it for decisions on a live project without your own review.

You agree not to:

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit through our forms, and for having the right to share it. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential material through this website before a confidentiality agreement is in place.

This site links to third-party websites, tools, and products, including our own products at jobhost.ai and bidverify.ai, which may carry their own terms. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them at no additional cost to you.

We aim to keep the site available and current, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankee LLC and its members, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability arising out of your use of this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to liability under a signed services agreement, which sets its own terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rankee LLC from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
