• Supabase — Database used to store enquiries and assessment submissions.
• Resend — Email delivery, used to send us notifications of your submissions and to reply to you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through your Google Ads settings and your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site.

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email keeran@kjagsadvisors.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use reputable providers and industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
